They are sweeter and more aromatic than more commonly found pineapples, resulting in a delicious rich aroma and complex fruity notes. The natural sweetness of pineapple is balanced by infusing the rum with cassia wood and aromatic cinnamon, creating a well-rounded taste.

Spirited Union Organic Coconut Rum unites tropical Belizean rum with
sundried organic coconut flakes. The natural sweetness of toasted coconut is balanced by infusing Madagascan vanilla and Peruvian cacao for a sweet, nutty and creamy flavour. For a rich texture and well-rounded mouthfeel, the rum is brought down to mixing strength with organic coconut water.
