KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin 700ml

KI NO TEA is a product created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879 and based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city. A number of super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas. These teas are blended carefully with a secret botanical recipe used only in KI NO TEA.<br><br>Tasting Note: A sweet and delicate bouquet on the nose. On the palate, a gentle sweetness like white chocolate spreads slowly, then a distinct juniper flavour comes to the fore. The finish is long and clean with roasted green tea scents.<br><br>Alcohol Vol. 45.1%

KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin 700ml

KI NO BI - is the first of its kind; a Japanese gin created, blended and bottled at our dedicated artisanal distillery in Kyoto using many local ingredients and inspired by the history and culture of this ancient city.<br><br>Meaning "The Beauty of the Seasons', KI NO BI is, unusually, made from a rice spirit, complemented by the addition of regional botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, bamboo leaf and gyokuro tea from Uji.<br><br>The ingredients are distilled in six distinct flavour groups before being blended together with the famed waters of Fushimi.<br><br>The name and label design have been created in collaboration with Kira Karacho, part of the Karacho karakami atelier founded in Kuoto in 1624.<br><br>Alcohol Vol. 45.7
